Maintenance & servicing services for Air-to-Air Heating & Cooling systems
Annual Servicing
Air Conditioning requires servicing on at least an annual basis (more often in harsh environments) to maintain efficeincy and ensure the continuity of any warranty.
All services are to the standard set by the IAFE (Institute of Air Conditioning for Education)
A full annual IAFA approved service should include:

☑ Cleaning and disinfection of drip trays and waterways
☑ Cleaning and disinfection of evaporator coils
☑ Cleaning and disinfection of condenser casing and coils
☑ Inspection of drainage system
☑ Sensor and valve checks
☑ Load & Leak testing
☑ Full pressure and refrigerant check / Compressor oil level check
☑ Fan vibration &Safety device check
☑ Check Bearings and lubricate if necessary
☑ Check condensate pump operation if appropriate
☑ Service certific

– with Viral Wash
Comprehensive servicing is an essential component of keeping an air conditioning system performing to its optimum and ensuring longevity.
- Our MiPro and Fgas approved servicing engineers follow the strict guidelines laid down by the IAFE and supplement each procedure with a viral wash treatment.
- The viral treatment is fully funded by the IAFE who also make a small contribution to the servicing costs when the works are undertaken by an Institute recognised company or engineer.
Self-application kits can also be supplied at cost for schools wishing to administer treatments quarterly along with simple video instructions.
The industry leading 10 year education warranty provided for schools is contingent on an approved annual service and this is provided at a discounted price to all customers as subsidised pricing for existing school systems.
